60.6. Access to sports facilities where the Competition takes place is prohibited for all spectators with alcoholic beverages, weapons, as well as items that can be used in this capacity, such as flares or similar pyrotechnic products; for spectators who are under the influence of alcohol, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar substances.
60.7. It is forbidden to be in a state of intoxication that offends human dignity and public morality, to carry out actions that endanger one’s own safety, life, health, as well as the safety, life, health of other persons located at the venue of the Competition or in the territory adjacent to it, to throw objects into direct other spectators and participants of the Competitions, insult other persons (including using banners, posters, banners and other means of visual campaigning) and perform other actions that discredit honor, dignity or business reputation, or aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as to humiliate the dignity of a person or a group of persons on the grounds of sex, race, nationality, language, origin, attitude to religion.
For these violations, spectators may be taken out of the sports facility and not allowed to enter the sports facility in the future to watch the matches of the Competition.
60.8. Smoking, sale and drinking of alcoholic products are prohibited in the sports facility, with the exception of beer and beer drinks. The host club must take steps to enforce this rule.
Note: During the CYBL Championship, the sale and drinking of any alcoholic products is prohibited.
60.9. It is forbidden to throw any objects on the playing field.
For violation - a fine:
- for men's clubs of the VTB United League, women's teams of the Premier League, men's and women's teams of the First Division of the Super League - up to 100,000 rubles and an additional penalty, which is determined by a special decision of the Directorate with subsequent approval by the President of the RSE (Executive Director - General Secretary of the RSE), and in exceptional cases - by the RSE Executive Committee;
- for men's and women's teams of the Second Division of the Superleague, youth teams and CYBL teams - 30,000 rubles and an additional penalty, which is determined by a special decision of the Directorate with subsequent approval by the President of the RSE (Executive Director - General Secretary of the RSE), and in exceptional cases - by the Executive Committee of the RSE.
Note: It is the responsibility of the host club to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

In accordance with the Decree of the Governor of the Samara Region No. 226 dated September 30, 2021, from October 11, 2021, a prerequisite for attending home matches of BC Samara teams is that a fan (who has reached the age of 18) has the original (QR code from the unified portal of state services) one of the following documents:
- certificate of preventive vaccination against COVID-19,
- information about the disease COVID-19.
When going through security at the entrance to the arena, you must present an identity card to check its compliance with the QR code.
