Congratulations to Danila Chikarev on his debut in the VTB United League!
The match in Nizhny Novgorod was special for Danila Chikarev: the first in the VTB United League!
At the age of 6, Danila started playing basketball with a coach Igor Talskikh (among his pupils are Dmitry Golovin, Petr Gubanov and Sergey Rasskazov) and went through all the stages of preparation in our club.
He was the leader of our junior and youth teams, at the age of 17 he made his debut in the main team in the Superleague-1 match - and only last season he spent away from Samara, in the CSKA farm team.
In the summer, Chikarev returned to his native city and his native club - and yesterday he took a new step: his debut in the United League! In the match against Pari NN, he spent a little more than three minutes on the floor - and managed to score his first points at a new level.
We congratulate Danila and wish him new achievements together with Samara!
