Winning the Primatov Cup
On September 23 and 24, the traditional Primatov Memorial Cup was held in Samara.
Four teams of the VTB United League took part in it: Samara, PARMA-PARI, Pari Nizhny Novgorod and MINSK.
In the semi-final Samara beat Minsk with a score of 90:68 (Maxim Barashkov scored 19 points, Isaiah Reese - 16 points and 13 assists). In the final, our team was stronger than Pari Nizhny Novgorod - 91:87 (Isei Reese scored 22 points). The third place was taken by the PARMA-PARI team.
According to the results of the tournament, Isaiah Reese (Samara), Evgeny Baburin (Paris Nizhny Novgorod), Brion Allen (PARMA-PARI) and Vladislav Bliznyuk (MINSK) were recognized as the best players in their teams.
